The total stay was fairly nice for 4 nights in January 2016. The breakfast was excellent for vegans, all the food was outstanding. My room was modern and functional and included a lounge and netflix...

The breakfast was incredibly nice with hams, yogurt plus well served food, and the team was very attentive and kept the space overall clean. The room was good-sized and functional with twin beds, I felt comfortable there. Location: the hotel was close to the famous Avenida Paulista, the main financial street and Close to the Clinicas metro station.

Mercure in São Paulo was a great choice for my stay. The staff was friendly and responsive, even helping me with a crib for my baby. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Clinicas metro station and a quick taxi ride to the Paulista/Consolacao shopping area. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, and the hotel even had a taxi stand right at the doorstep. The free wifi worked well, and the support team called me to reset it when it was spotty. The hotel also had a wonderful swimming pool, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

Liked this small hotel: outstanding food and very friendly and efficient staff. The room was well-equipped, had a really enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Netflix and a lounge area were appreciated. The location was convenient and ideal, for example, Praca Benedito Calixto was at a moderate distance from the property. It was located in a really cool area: )

The suite has everything I needed, including a TV that can be used in both the living room and bedroom. Very convenient!

The first room offered smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Not pleasant for me.

mercure in sao paulo was a great experience! the room was clean, modern, and well equipped. the staff was welcoming and the breakfast had a variety of options. the location was central and convenient, with cheap ubers for getting around. the indoor pool was a bonus, especially with the frequent rain.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities, which provided a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
